Walk And Stop

Walk & Stop is a wonderfully active game that will work with mostly any group size, that invites lots of fun interaction & the opportunity to develop effective listening & reflex skills.
When the instructor says walk, members need to walk and stop when the command is stop.
To make it more interesting the commands are swapped and members have to stop when it’s walk and walk when it’s stop.
Can add more commands like name, clap etc. to make it little complex and fun.
